Tips on taking good photos:

Use a background that is plain and dark.
Good lighting is important. Use natural lighting if possible, or consider using flash as well as your room lights.
Take at least one photo that shows a wide area of your body, so that we can see which parts of you are affected.
Take at least one close-up photo. Don't go so close that the picture is out of focus.
For problems like moles, put a ruler or coin on the skin close to the mole so that we can see how large it is.
Give your camera time to focus on the right spot. If your camera is too close it will be unable to focus.
